Yvonne is the Group Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Hays plc, with over 20 years’ professional recruitment experience.

Yvonne spearheads the opportunity and responsibility that Hays has to be a champion for change: not only as a major employer in its own staffing sector but also as a positive agent for change. She works closely with customers and Hays specialist consultant teams to shape, create and implement the recruitment strategies that effectively support and increase the representation of more diverse staff profiles and inclusive workplace cultures.
Yvonne has been an active promoter of the This is Me Campaign, the training up of Mental Health First Aiders within Hays and a number of client facing programmes which facilitate and encourage the better communication of resources designed to support wellbeing.
Yvonne chairs Hays Leading Women, a fast growing and highly regarded network for professional women from across the world of work. Hays Leading Women delivers a programme of personal and professional insights and events which are designed to support women to achieve their full potential as they progress their careers.
She leads the expert Hays Legal recruitment teams across the UK, having spent many years recruiting lawyers into private practice and in-house roles.
Yvonne sits as a longstanding Board Member of British American Business, the leading transatlantic business organisation and chairs the UK operations of BAB’s Diversity and Inclusion Forum, The Stir.
