Rebecca is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and has over fifteen years experience working as an individual and group therapist in a range of clinical settings including within schools, NHS and private psychiatric units, forensic services and rehabilitation centres. Alongside working as a therapist Rebecca was also a lecturer and supervisor at Goldsmith’s University of London where she taught on the MSc in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. For a number of years Rebecca had a clinic in the City of London and she now runs her practice solely from her office in Marylebone.
As well as seeing private patients Rebecca works with many corporate organisations across the City and further afield delivering seminars and webinars on a range of mental health topics including managing stress, coping with perfectionism, developing resilience and dealing with mental health in the family home. She also runs advanced mental health first aid at work training which has become increasingly popular in recent years.
Rebecca has extensive experience in the treatment of many general psychiatry conditions including OCD, eating disorders, depression, anxiety and panic disorder. Rebecca also has a particular interest in work related stress and has significant expertise in the treatment of behavioural and substance addictions.
Rebecca is incredibly enthusiastic about improving the psychological well being of individuals within the work force and believes that education and engagement are key components in order to make this happen.
