Michael Frohlich took up the position of Chief Executive at Ogilvy UK in February 2018. Under his leadership, he has continued to drive the agency forward towards a more integrated, client-centric model to maintain a leading position in an ever-changing marketing landscape. He’s credited for steering Ogilvy’s PR capability to immense growth at a UK and EMEA level and for bringing Ogilvy into a new era. The agency is proud to be the first one in the UK to sign the Time to Change pledge to eliminate stigma around mental health in the workplace and beyond and has trained the first class of mental health first aiders in partnership with Mind.
