Emma is one of the founders of The Cambridge Code and a leading Harley Street consultant in psychotherapeutic interventions. She also heads up Harley Street Executive – a corporate wellbeing consultancy, and Rafan House, a psychotherapeutic clinic. She completed an MA (Psych) and a PhD in Theology at Cambridge University.
Emma founded Wind, Sand and Stars, Ltd, which brought trade to Bedu tribes in remote tribal areas. This increased their quality of life without damaging the tribal basis, keeping families together without financial marginalisation. She also acted as Principal Advisor to the Archbishop of York, where she oversaw change management of policies and protocols to secure child safeguarding.
Over the many years of her career, Emma has worked with people and organisations having to make complex decisions in challenging circumstances. She is an expert in helping organisations implement wellbeing strategies to improve staff retention, efficacy, investment and growth
