With a background as a pharmacologist and health economist, Claire co-founded the specialist market access consultancy, WG Consulting in 1996. WG was a pioneer in developing market access strategies to help pharmaceutical companies prepare for emerging models of value-based healthcare and quickly attracted leading blue-chip clients across the world to help solve reimbursement challenges. In 2010, WG Group was acquired by WPP, enabling Claire to continue her leadership and vision by establishing WG in the US.
In 2016 she was appointed International CEO of WPP Health Practice, and now leads some of WPP’s flagship health brands including Ogilvy Health, Wunderman Thompson Health and Sudler in the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, China, Japan, Singapore and Australia.
