Why must I attend this event?

Who must attend this event?

A. The event is aimed at corporates from every sector. Mental health affects all companies regardless of industry and your delegation can represent your business at every level, from junior staff members to management and Board level.

Why delegations?

A. Our aim is to give every attending company or core group of people the opportunity to return to work and do more. This works best when colleagues can work togther.

How do I purchase a pass?

A. To purchase less than five tickets, please e-mail us on info@tchevents.com.

Can I buy passes without submitting delegate names?

A. Yes, you absolutely can. Purchasing the passes will confirm your places at the event. You will be sent a registration link once you have finalised your purchase and you are welcome to submit delegate names by September 2018.

What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Wire Transfer

  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Paypal – there will be a service charge of 3% (sorry, that is what we are charged)

Payment & Access

All conference delegation fees must be paid within 14 days of receipt of our invoice. Bookings made on or after 20 June 2018 must be paid on receipt of invoice. Payment of a ticket will entitle the pass holder to attend any conference session and any official scheduled networking session throughout the day.

Pass holders are also provided with refreshments and lunch on the day and access to conference documentation.

SBL Idea Ltd, the organisers of TCH, reserves the right to deny event access if the delegate fails to provide relevant proof of registration and payment. For wire transfers please use the following details using your company name or invoice number as the reference.

I have purchased passes. Now what?

A. Upon confirmation of your purchase, you will receive a registration link to submit delegation details. Please e-mail info@tchevents.com if you do not receive the link.

What do I need to bring to the event?

A. All you need to bring is your confirmation email (you will receive when you register) and business cards for networking opportunities.

Where do I collect my badge?

A. Upon arrival, head to the registration desk to collect your delegation badge. All you need is the confirmation email and proof of ID.

Will I receive a mailed ticket to the event?

A. You will not be mailed a ticket to the event. Everything you need is in the e-mail with your registration code.

I have not received my confirmation e-mail.

A. If you have completed your registration through to the confirmation page but have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam filter or contact info@tchevents.com to request a resend.

Do I need to sign up to sessions in advance?

A. No need to sign up to any of the conference sessions. Please refer to the agenda for session details.

What is the dress code on the day?

A. Smart casual

Will I receive regular event updates?

I can no longer attend. Can I request a refund?

A. Please email info@tchevents.com to discuss.
Please note the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • 100% Refund – if notified on or before 20 March 2018
  • 50% Refund – if notified between 21 March 2018 – 10 August 2018. A £75 administration fee per pass will be charged.
  • No Refund will be given if tickets are cancelled on or after 20 August 2018
  • From 11th August 2018 the passes are non-refundable

Please note early bird delegation sales are non-refundable and the passes are not transferrable to another company.
